A-Starter is an easy program to use! Laughing

A-Starter is a program that changes the starter pokémon in a GBA pokémon rom.

To use A-Starter, just load up a GBA pokémon rom.

In A-Starter, you can change the pokémon in a certain poké ball.
You can also change the held item and level of the pokémon you choose.

Not only that, but you can also change the pokémon, held item and level of you rival's starter pokémon!

Enjoy editing your POKÉMON!
